ECO Certified Tour Operators gain GSTC Approved Status
‘As of today all Ecotourism and Advanced Ecotourism Eco-certified operators can proudly display the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) Approved logo’ announced Mr. Guy Chester, Technical Director GSTC, at Ecotourism Australia’s conference - GlobalEco. "Ecotourism Australia’s ECO Certification is one of only three tourism certification programs globally that has gained GSTC-Approved status whereby their operators can display this logo that clearly shows visitors these tourism experiences have been assessed by a credible scheme as being sustainable tourism."
