2014 Queensland Tourism Award winners announced

Winners of the 2014 Annual Queensland Tourism Awards were announced recently and Ecotourism Australia would like to congratulate all winners. We were ecstatic to see the large number of Ecotourism Australia certified operators to take home awards, with approximately half of all awards in applicable categories going to our members. 

The awards are supported by Queensland Tourism Industry Council and recognise high standard, best practice tourism.

Ecotourism Australia certified operators took home awards in the following categories:

Ecotourism Australia would like to congratulate all of our certified award winners on their outstanding achievement; particularly our Board Director, Peter Gash on his individual win, and Gwinganna Lifestyle retreat on their induction into the Hall of Fame.

Each winning operator has been more than deserving of the recognition received. Keep up the fantastic work!
