EA: Twenty years is a long time. What is something you have learnt over the years that you wish you had known 20 years ago?
MTQCC: Moonshadow-TQC Cruises is a Marine Tourism company with a fleet of seven vessels. 20 years can go quick and as a company we are always evolving. People have become so much more aware and better educated on environmental responsibilities and issues. It is a privilege to be able to educate people on the vast Marine Park in Port Stephens and its wildlife that surrounds it. The want for more nature-based products has increased exponentially over time and will continue to become more prominent in the future, we look forward to being a part of that growth.
EA: What importance do you place in your ECO Certification?
MTQCC: The ECO Certification is important as it gives our guests the peace of mind that as a company, we are being environmentally responsible, we find many guests do more research and want to travel with operators who are doing their part as a nature-based tour operator.
